Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3 Bed/3 Bath (Sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a private covered balcony. Amenities include: 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators and 4 public outdoor showers.

Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. Featuring an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room areas, this villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The dining table has 8 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront main bedroom features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a tub and separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds attached to a full bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze!!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather).
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

22 miles to Charleston Airport.
This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

My Ocean Rentals was very nice and checked on us almost daily. They were very quick to respond to any questions. The view was amazing. It doesn’t get any better than oceanfront. We’ve been staying at this complex for a few years and will definitely be back. Walking distance to anything you want. Perfect.

this is our third time staying at these condos. love how close you are to the beach when you sit on your balcony. the accessibility to the beach access is wonderful. always appreciate loggerheads being right across the street for the first evening dining. great condo great location and made some great memories

Upon arriving to our destination of the oceanfront villas, I had pulled off side of road and called the designated management of the facilities, since we were unsure on how to get through gate. Was told we had to go to room to get a key fob to open gate. My other half went upstairs to retrieve said object.As I was waiting with vehicle for him to come down to unlock gate I received a parking ticket explaining I was not officially parked just waiting to get into entrance of our condo..A note to the owners upon putting code into door you have to also push the check mark located on door lock I would include this in the email you receive from the establishment.. place was beautiful and kitchen area was well stocked with essential tools you may need..

Wonderful Folly Stay!

This condo had everything we needed!! It was so clean, well stocked and very comfy for our family of 5! Perfect location to walk anywhere we wanted as well as right on the beach. Instructions were easy to get into the condo and owner’s were super responsive! Would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Beautiful views and great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The views were beautiful; we could walk to all the places we wanted to. The only drawbacks we found were the closest elevator did not work; so long walk or stairs; the Keurig coffee maker did not work and we had to clean the drip coffee maker as it had coffee grains in it. Overall it was great!

Wonderful Stay at Charleston Oceanfront Villa!

We had a wonderful stay during our week at 220 Charleston Oceanfront Villa. The condo was very spacious and clean. The view of the ocean made the balcony a very popular spot. And the proximity to numerous restaurants made meals very easy. We did utilize the kitchen for breakfasts. It had everything you needed to make a complete meal. We'd love to stay at 220 again!

Amazing find!

We are a family of 5 (two teens and a Grams) who chose this as a last-minute birthday trip to the beach. We lucked out because this place is usually booked solid. The place was clean, had good beds, a great bathtub (that our teens and Grams enjoyed), amazing views from its huge balcony, and looked EXACTLY like the pics. The moment we walked in, we were impressed with the views. The elevator, while HOT and SLOW, was still convenient. It was a bit dirty, but that was understandable with all the wet, sandy feet going in and out. There were many grocery-sized carts, so getting our stuff upstairs in one trip was easy. The pools were on the smaller side but well-maintained. Beach access does require walking down two steps for those who are chair-bound. Also, we rented a beach wheelchair (no charge) from the local fire department (5 min drive). It was such a blessing! The location was perfect, with so many yummy places to eat within a few minutes walk. Get the wings at Rita’s if you want some huge beauties to eat, and fresh seafood is everywhere. The pier is a few blocks down and beautiful to walk. Shops are your typical little touristy stops with lots of beach-inspired trinkets. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Folly.

Accurately listed and clean. Would have given 5 stars overall, but a little pricey and the elevators were once again not working - on a Saturday when moving out, so a signficant line developed at the one working elevator.

Close to all the best restaurants and shops on Folly Beach. Condo is recently updated and comfortably decorated. Kitchen is well-stocked if you want to cook in, or walk to any of several good restaurants. Steps to the newly-renourished beach. Will visit again!
