The Space: Discover The Ashley Suite, a cozy second-floor unit in historic Charleston at 493 Luxury Suites. Enjoy a seamless blend of comfort and convenience in this stylish retreat.

Enter the spacious layout where the entrance hall flows into an open kitchen and living area. Relax on the plush seating, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and watch your favorite shows on the 60" flat-screen TV with streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for brewing morning coffee or preparing gourmet meals.

Both elegantly appointed bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and Smart TVs. The first bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, while the second bedroom shares an adjacent common bathroom. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

To get a $20/day parking pass, contact our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to arrival via phone, text, or booking platform with your name, suite, vehicle details, and duration needed. Your pass will be in your unit, granting access to our lot. Remember to display your pass; avoid personal spaces and Morris Brown AME Church's fence. Unauthorized vehicles may be booted or towed at owners' expense.

Overall, we had a positive experience during our stay. There were a few maintenance issues, but they were addressed promptly and the host communicated clearly throughout the process. The location was great, and parking was convenient. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The apartment is well kept and clean. The location is great. The listing doesn’t say that the two rooms have no windows (they are internal and without any windows or natural light). Also you can hear all the noose from adjacent rooms.

Amazing location and great place!!

This unit is in an amazing location!! the window in the living area faces king street right across from Little Hot Biscuit, right next door to a great steakhouse and rooftop bar, and just about a block from one of the best rated restaurants in town. The apartment is one of several over Sewing Down South and its truly a little slice of living in Charleston. There are 2 doors one off King street and one in the back if you have a car. There is a daily charge for parking your car (parking everywhere is a premium) they are both controlled by numerical keypads, as well as one entering the top where all the units are. We felt very safe and secure, the units seem well insulated we were never bothered with noise from the street at all, they supply all the usual towels, tp, soap etc but there seems to be an abundance of it in this unit. The bedrooms both have queen beds and one bedroom has attached bathroom and the other is just a couple of steps from the second bedroom, but its arranged nicely so that you aren't disturbing each other if you are napping or coming and going at different times. We had four adults and we were comfortable, it may get a little crowded with more however. A really neat little touch is the elevator its an old refurbished one that you have to pull the grate on to close to get it to work and kind of a cool novelty that we enjoyed, although we just mainly walked up and down the couple of flights of steps. We def will stay here again!!!
