Our favorite rooms in the house are the sitting room for coffee in the morning overlooking the pond, as well as the screened porch, perfect for a large group to grill and enjoy Kiawah’s perfect evenings over dinner.

House has a fully stocked kitchen for the gourmet cook. Upstairs you will enjoy a separate TV loft area or office. Hardwoods and sisal rugs throughout downstairs living areas, carpet in bedrooms, tile and marble in baths.
