The Parsonage was family-friendly and spacious for our family of 8. Hindell was friendly, accommodating, responsive, great host. The backyard was a large size for activities, as well as the living and dining room. The kitchen was fully stocked. The washer dryer was a great addition. The rooms were spacious, beds are comfortable. Our family looks forward to staying here again, especially so close to the whitewater rafting location.

Very thoughtful host. Everything was clearly laid out, and the host shares access to extra resources like laundry and fine dinnerware. The property itself and broader town have interesting history that guests can read about onsite. Lastly, the home is cozy, well equipped, and in a good location for skiing in a nice town. It's great for families or just for groups looking to visit the area, with nice space to rest and gather.

Historic home was clean and very lovely, in a quiet little town. The property was beautiful, fresh mowed grass and beautiful flowers and landscaping. Bathrooms were clean, kitchen, floors, all clean as well as clean comfy beds. Downstairs shower has great water pressure and the water is hott! The house is quite large! It gets a tad noisy when trucks drive by as you are right on a main highway, but its got a fenced in yard, totally safe for kids. Church next door is beautiful too. Its also super close to the Berkshires Ski Lodge for everything they offer. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

This may be the nicest home my family has stayed in during a ski vacation! The home was warm and cozy and had every little item one could ever need. The place was ultra clean when we checked in, and even smelled inviting. The place was also beautifully decorated and felt like a real home, rather than a rental unit. The bedding was excellent, and all the appliances worked great. Finally, the host was attentive, communicative, and handled our small requests quickly. We will definitely be back!

Charlemont get together

Our group met at this charming, comfortable home for a family reunion. Charlemont is a quintessential New England town that offers gorgeous views and plenty of outdoor activities. We grew up close by, and skied Berkshire East, so it was fun to revisit the area. The host was happy to share her local knowledge and more than accommodating. We'd highly recommend staying at The Parsonage.

Charming in Charlemont

Very authentic “old world” experience. Lovingly restored and maintained. Hosts went above and beyond to offer restaurant recommendations and make sure our stay was top notch. Much appreciated.
