"We went to breakfast at 8 am and it was almost vare of food. No bread for toast or bagels left. After awhile a staff member brought bananas. Very poor."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large enough to accommodate two adults and two grandchildren. The free breakfast had lots of options and was tasty. The free pulled pork BBQ dinner was a surprise and it was nice to have the free cocktails. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend the hotel to families traveling through or to St. Louis."

"Our room was perfect, clean, and well furnished. My teens used the workout facilities and enjoyed that. We were so close to the arch, it was an easy walk. Only issue we had at all was not the fault of the property, street racing was loud and went on until 4 am both nights we stayed, along with sirens, it was not easy to rest."

"It smelled really bad and the room smelt like mildew and the ac filter was really dirty and when I went to put my bag into the chair it had a lot of stains that I couldn’t bring myself to stay there I went and told the clerk that I couldn’t stay there and I was going to find something different and she said have a good night"

"It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."
