Charming village house in the center of Charavines. Parking is available on the street in front of the house, either on the main street or 20 meters away in the church square. Located 700 meters from the lake, accessible via a path along the Furre river. Perfect for active and/or relaxing holidays with friends or family. All modern comforts. In the heart of the village of Charavines, you can enjoy a lovely outdoor space before walking to the lake (beach access is a 7-minute walk). On the first floor, access is from the street, and you'll quickly find yourself on the large terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. You'll sleep upstairs: the two bedrooms are located on either side of the staircase, each with its own sink. The shower room and toilet are also on the first floor. On the top floor, the living room offers a place to relax with TV on cooler evenings. A sofa bed is also available for a fifth person. Please note that bed linen is not provided. You can add bed linen and towels for €20 per bed per stay.
