This gorgeous property is located on a peninsula of 16 homes on a quiet section of beautiful Lake Murray, has large windows to view the lake, and offers swimming in the lake or pool at the main house, as well as kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, pickleball, picnic area with swings, wood burning fire pit on a sandy beach, gas fire pit in lounge area on rear deck, as well as rocking chairs by the pool to view gorgeous sunsets in the evening!

There's also great striper bass fishing on Lake Murray with a fish cleaning station available for your use! In addition there's two boat ramps on the premises to launch your own boat and a dock to moor at! The property offers shared watercraft as well, including 2 Pedal Kayaks, 3 Regular Kayaks, a Canoe, 2 Paddle Boards, Floats, 4 seat paddle boat, and 15' bouncer on the lake when available during the summer season.

The sidewalks around the property are nice to stroll on with awesome views of the lake, fountains, and a pond. Walks in the evening are especially nice when the stars are shining brightly.

The Sunset Green Room sleeps 2, has it's own full bath, and is perfect for a romantic get away! It includes a queen bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, dresser, side table with Keurig Coffee Machine, desk with great views of the lake through the bay windows, love seat and foot stool, TV, mini fridge, and a separate exterior entrance from rear porch. Toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer are provided. This is our middle sized guest room. It does not have kitchen or laundry facilities, but there are many restaurant options nearby, as well as a propane grill to use on the back deck.
