The pool-level of the villa offers a modern decorated open space living room with a satellite TV, dining area and full equipped kitchen ready to help you prepare all kind of meals to your favorite persons! Two Grand double bedrooms, en-suite, with queen size beds and super anatomic mattresses for a relaxing and comfortable bed time. All pool level rooms and areas have direct and easy access to the pool and the garden.

In the down-level floor with a different entrance from the other villa there is a grand and luxury third Suite bedroom offering isolation and privacy from the other guests with separate access to the pool and the garden making it ideal for couples. The Suite room is Luxury decorated, has a queen size bed, a small living room with comfortable Sofa-bed that accommodates the 7th guest, and En-suite bathroom with Jet shower cabin.

All areas of the villa are full air-conditioned with cooling and heating, are covered with Wi-Fi, all bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV with satellite channels, are sunny and airy with balconies and windows and furnished with Brand and Comfort equipment and appliances.

✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
