Welcome to our villa which is located on the top of a hill, 1.700 meters away from city center and beaches area. Enjoy the private pool and stunning views of the Cretan sea, town of Chania and mountains (Lefka ori).
What makes this villa special is that you enjoy absolute privacy as the villa is on a privately owned hill and there are no other buildings nearby.

📌What makes this villa unique, is its location. You will be very close to the city center but at the same time in a very peaceful area that you will feel you are in the countryside. Is the perfect villa for families that parents want to relax and kids not to be bored. Our villa is located in the secluded, quiet neighborhood of Lentariana. The house is built on the top of a hill, in a cluster of pines and olive trees with unencumbered views of the Cretan sea, mountains (Lefka ori) and the city of Chania.

Α private road leads to the villa and is accessed by a private entrance. You can park you car in the interior parking and after use the interior stairs to access to the entire villa.

In the ground floor is located a fully equipment kitchen and an open space with two dinning rooms and two living rooms with amazing view.
Also there is an small bedroom with queen size bed and a toilet.
Outdoors there is a swimming pool for your own exclusive use, an outdoor lounge, six sun loungers with towels, an outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower.

✔️ First floor
The first floor consists of one bedroom (master bedroom) with a double (queen) size bed,an ensuite closet and an ensuite bathroom. There is a balcony with view of the city of Chania. It is inluded a tv and an air conditioner.

✔️ Second floor
The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms:
One bedroom with a double (queen) size bed. There is a balcony with view of the city of Chania and mountains. It is inluded a tv, a closet and an air conditioner.
One bedroom with two single size beds. There is a balcony with view of the city of Chania and mountains. It is inluded a tv, a closet and an air conditioner.
The 2 bedrooms in this room share one bathroom.

✔️Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and exclusive use of the pool area.
✔️Feel free to explore all the hill next to villa by walk, as all the hill is our property.

➤The neighborhood
The neighborhood of the villa is called Lentariana and is just a few minutes from the center of Chania. The area is inhabited by local residents, so you will have the experience to feel like a native resident.
Because the villa is at the top of a private hill, the closest houses are 180 meters away, so there is no noise and you will feel like staying in the countryside even though you will be so close to the city of Chania.
Very near the property you will find supermarket, bakery, café and other small shops.

➤Getting around
Within a few minutes there is a bus stop where you can use it to go to the center of Chania or reach the villa.
We recommend that you rent a car to move and explore Crete or as a second option to use a taxi. We can propose to you a company with drivers speaking English.
The villa has a private parking area for several cars, which is protected by an external fencing and a remote-controlled door.
A parking space is located inside the building, and the remaining parking spaces (about 4-5 cars) are outside the building within the fenced area.
