Layout
Ground Floor


As you step onto the ground floor, youre welcomed by an open-plan living and kitchen area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the beauty of nature inside. This level also includes two well-appointed bedrooms. The living room features a large corner sofa and a 65" Smart LG TV. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, ensures effortless self-catering, while the kitchen island with stool seating is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. At the heart of the space is a grand dining table that seats up to 10, perfectly positioned to let you dine against the awe-inspiring backdrop of the sea.


The villa includes an elevator with access to all floors while each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with AZZARO self-care products.


Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features a 43" LG TV, an open closet, a vanity, and vibrant views of the outdoor garden.

First Floor:


Ascending the wood-designed staircase, you will find two bedrooms:


Bedroom 3: This Master Bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), and a low vaulted-ceiling ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, as well as a standup shower. It also features a low vaulted-ceiling open closet, with a safe deposit box, and a 43" TV. Step out onto your private balcony to be greeted by uninterrupted views of the sea.


Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), and a low vault-ceiling ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features a low vaulted-ceiling open closet, and a 43" TV. Also, this bedroom boasts a private balcony where the views of the sea and mountains stretch before you.


Lower Floor


Descending to the lower floor, youll discover customized theme spaces of entertainment, and wellness, complete with a second living area, a fitness zone, a spa, and the two remaining bedrooms. The space is made even more striking by the exposed rock walls, adding a natural beauty to the modern design. This unique feature creates an inviting atmosphere, seamlessly blending luxury with the raw charm of the environment.


The cozy living area invites you to unwind with a corner sofa featuring an 86" Smart LG TV. A selection of board games, chess, tic tac toe boards, a PlayStation 5 console, and a JBL speaker are available to set the perfect mood. The fitness area is equipped with a Marathon Pro 4000 treadmill, a TOORX weight bench, free weights, and a 65" LG TV, ensuring you can maintain your routine during your stay.


The spa area is designed for pure indulgence, featuring a luxurious 4-seater sauna to melt away the stress, a stand-up shower, and a double vanity sink.


The lower floor also features a shared bathroom with a standup shower with an LG washer and dryer for added convenience.

Bedroom 6: This large bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom is perfect for families with children, as it features a double sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (1,40 x 1,80), upon advanced request, comfortably accommodating an additional guest. It also boasts a 43" LG TV, an open closet, a vanity, and access to the pool area, via a staircase.


Outdoor area


The exterior of Mika Villa spans 2500 m2 and is a true haven where relaxation and entertainment effortlessly merge. At the heart of the outdoor space, the sparkling infinity pool invites you to take a refreshing dip. Just beside the pool, a 6-seater jacuzzi offers the perfect spot to unwind while the comfortable sofa is ideally positioned to admire the views of the sea.


A spacious BBQ area, with a kitchen, awaits, ideal for preparing smoky meals in the open air. Adjacent to it, there is a beautifully set dining table comfortably seating up to twelve guests.
