It's great for two families or big groups, with a downstairs home for 8 people and an upstairs one for another 8 people. Each home has a full kitchen, a big living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Approaching from the front, the villa is accessed through a main gate for cars, easily opened by remote control, and a small door for pedestrians. To the right, a sheltered outdoor parking area accommodates up to 3 cars.

Heading to the back of the building, an inviting outdoor space unfolds. Here, you'll discover a barbecue area, a private pool, 8 sunbeds, 3 parasols, dining areas, a playground for kids, and a convenient outdoor shower. The ample outdoor space is designed to ensure both kids and guests feel at ease.

Ground Floor Apartment:
Upon entering the villa, the ground floor hosts an open space that seamlessly integrates a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom and a dedicated clothes room.
