Lakefront home with large fenced in yard. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths including a game room with a daybed that converts to a king size bed. Perfect place to get away to fish, boat or just relax. Plenty of room to park boats and trucks for fishermen. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom or sitting out on the dock watching the ducks swim and the cranes fish. Play games and watch movies with the family in the living room and game room on the big screen TV. Come visit The Blue Pelican Lake House and make memories in this beautiful place

The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare and serve meals and to clean up afterwards. Our dogs were happy and had lots to do and see. The lake views and access were fantastic.

Great place on the lake in East Texas

We stayed here to celebrate an important wedding anniversary. Our host was great. The place was exactly as described and shown. The house was well-equipped. We loved the view of the lake and spending time in the East Texas woods.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

Came out to pre fish with my hubby and I like to relax. the house was so clean and roomy, we loved our stay. Spent most days out on the book dock where I could move from full sun to shade and spend the day comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook. Had a great time. We will definitely be back. Owners where friendly and helpful.

Relaxing Lake Home

This was the second time we have stayed in this well-provisioned lake home. The property has a large, fenced yard with a lake view and a dock. The owners are so friendly and thoughtful. I give this home the highest ratings.

Fun time with friends

Stayed at the Blue Pelican for the back half of spring break. House was lovely, clean, and well stocked. There’s a Dollar General around the corner if you forget anything. Free boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Fishing was tough because of the crazy winds so I took the kids to the indoor water park that’s 20 minutes away. Went to Wade’s place for dinner in Chandler one evening, food was good and great atmosphere. Kitchen was great and there’s a wonderful back porch to drink coffee on. Great outdoor space for the kids and the dog. Plenty of parking for 3 trucks and 2 trailers. The dock is super nice, maybe could use more cleats to tie off to, but that’s no big deal. Plenty of outdoor seating on the porch and dock. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

Not too far from home, so it was the perfect place to relax, fish, and swim. The dock was simply amazing and where went spent the majority of time. Home was very clean and decorated nicely with everything we could want or need. Thank you and we will be back!

Amazing location

This house is in a beautiful bay, which is very serene great for skiing and fishing. We enjoyed waking up and drinking our coffee on the dock. This house is extremely equipped. The kitchen was stocked with everything a person could need appliance wise and with supplies. The linens and towels are high quality, and the decorations are adorable at this house. We never had to leave and go to the store for anything other than our food. We highly recommend this VRBO and we will definitely book here again. The host was very kind and helpful. We were even able to tie up our boat To their dock for three days so that we didn’t have to take it out of the water, which was very nice. Dont wait, book now!

Nice property.

We had a family reunion about a mile away so we just slept at the house. Very well stocked. Normally I cook a lot but didn’t here. Not sure how I would have like the oven. Very good directions on how everything works. Enjoyed the stay.

perfect family retreat

We had an amazing weekend at the Blue Pelican! Our host provided a clean, well-appointed resort for us to enjoy a carefree time with our daughter and grandson. Comfortable beds to rest in after days of playing in the huge, fenced-in yard with lakefront and dock. We caught fish off the dock, flew a kite and paper airplanes, tossed the frisbee, and had a hotdog roast/s'more picnic at the firepit. We never wanted to leave. We played available board games in abundance; as well as electronic games.

Great pet friendly house with awesome dock!

Our group of 4 adults (and a Great Pyrenees/Great Dane mix dog) had a wonderful long weekend stay at the Blue Pelican! House is older but very clean and nicely updated with comfortable furnishings and beds. We spent most of our time down on the dock. It has big covered areas to sit in the shade and also big open area for those who want sun. Our group caught fish from the dock, went kayaking on the lake, enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, and after showering (plenty of hot water!), gathered in the living room for movie nights. We also really appreciated the fully fenced super large yard for our dog to run around! She enjoyed chasing squirrels and then taking a nap in the shade on the dock while we enjoyed the lake. Thank you for sharing your house! We hope to visit again!

Perfect lake property

This home was immaculately clean - no small feat considering pets are allowed. The yard and dock were also in great condition. The home was more generously stocked with necessities and extras than any we have stayed in previously- lots of thoughtful touches and items I always bring with us because they are rarely provided. The homeowner was responsive, and check-in/check-out were easy. The home, property, and neighborhood all felt safe, and we had a relaxing week at the lake. Five stars!!

The Blue Pelican is perfect family place

Our family & 2 dogs loved this house & boathouse. We loved the layout of the house, big fully stocked kitchen, screened in porch, fishing off the boat dock, large yard for the pooches to run around & just relaxing! We will be back! Pleasant stay on the lake

The Blue Pelican lake house was well equipped for our 7 person, 3 night stay over Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, seating, dining areas and entertainment for all. Nice covered boat dock where we launched our kayaks from. Enjoyed time around the fire pit using the seasoned fire wood that was provided. Historic electric oven was able to handle our Thanksgiving preparations along with the dual gas and charcoal grill.

Refreshed in the water!

Stayed here for 4 nights. The water was great and refreshing. We had our own kayak but there is great flotation available. Beautiful dock with a breeze. We liked to float around the dock. House has your every need. We grilled and cooked most nights. Picked up take out one night. Great yard for dog!! We would definitely stay again.

Great Birthday weekend

The property was great. Clean, stocked really well, great location and lake access. The owners were very communicative ensuring we didnt need or want for anything. One of the best vrbo rentals we have experienced.
