Meadowridge 8030 has six steps in, is multi-level, offers internet access, and

is not pet-friendly. This unit is rated deluxe and sleeps eight. Fourteen

steps up from the entry foyer, you'll find the living room featuring a flat-

screen TV. Important: the wood-burning fireplace is not available for use. The

fully functional kitchen has a breakfast bar with two stools, and the dining

table seats six. The bedroom on this level has a queen bed and a full bath.

Upstairs, you'll find the loft area offering a daybed and a daybed/trundle.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a daybed, and a flat-screen TV. These

areas share the second full bath with a jetted tub. This unit is ski-in only

(weather permitting) and within walking distance to the trail.



Shuttle service is also available. The small viewing deck offers a grand view

of the mountains. There is no gas grill available for guest use. Meadowridge

is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. Parking is

guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars, depending on location.

However, plenty of overflow parking is available onsite within the

communities. All homes include whole-house air conditioning, a washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), an iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the

living room, a dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not

included), and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels,

trash bags, and toilet tissue. This unit has access to the tennis/basketball

courts and community pools during the summer. Additionally, all condo guests

are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs

(reservations required).



The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including

Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge. They are all located in

close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from

a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the

perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to

offer.



All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the

main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens

(soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes:

utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.



In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community

outdoor pools available on a per unit basis.



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.
