INSIDE THE HOUSE

This townhome is spacious and very clean having just been newly repainted and refurnished. Natural light pours into the airy living room, open to the kitchen, dining area and an enormous walk out deck. The dining area seats 7-8 at a marble wood table and a rusting wooden bench seat. On the 2nd level, there are 3 bedrooms with a stunning master bedroom featuring a King bed, large windows and a walk out deck. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd offers Full size bunk beds, a pull out trundle and a Futon in the room.

The large stunning game room on the lower floor has natural light from the walk out patio with a beautiful gas fireplace and plenty of fun with a high-top card table, shuffle board table, classic video game machine, large couch and a flat screen Smart TV. This area offers two full size bunk beds with a pull out trundle.

Three additional full baths and a half bath ensure plenty of space for all your guests.

THE LOCATION

This private, gated community features its own chairlift and trail system, which connect directly to the slopes and trails of Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Step out the door, the ski-out is a short distant walk (roughly 30 yards to trail) with downhill to main lodge. Spend the day exploring the mountains, then ski right home to the perfect place on the mountain. The internal garage has been converted to a heated Ski Locker mud/room for storing ski and snowboard gear. This property has plenty of parking either in the front driveway, or across the street where there are community spots designated for guests.

(Summer time only)-The community Recreation Center at Southwind features a swimming pool, hot tub with a breathtaking view, clubhouse with full kitchen, pool tables, and fireplace.

FREE SHUTTLE TO THE MAIN LODGE
There is a free shuttle to the Main Lodge (lot's to do there) by calling 800-452-2223. But if you are skiing, you won' t need a shuttle. Ski In-Ski Out. We have our own special lift that drops you off in the center of our community!!!
