Cozy mountain retreat located on Village Trail with Ski in ski out access.

Welcome to our cozy ski-in ski-out 3 bedroom Mountain Condo nestled along Village Trail. Our home is located in Stoneridge community within The Villages at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. It has something for everyone year round!

OUR HOME
Our fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker(byoc) and just about anything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal after a fun day of adventures or relaxing in the heart of the mountains. The dining room seats 6 people so you can enjoy eating together or having game night while looking out at the beautiful mountain views.

Our living room has a comfortable leather sectional, a new Smart TV with cable, and several games for your entertainment. Our living room has a sliding glass door that allows you to sip your coffee on one of our 2 decks or you can look out at the slopes from the warmth within.

Our first bedroom has a brand new Queen mattress as well as a TV that has a firestick.

Our second bedroom has a twin trundle bed with a pullout twin bed and a new smart TV . This room has double doors that lead to our third bedroom that has a brand new Queen bed and mattress as well as a new smart TV with cable. This room also has a vanity with a sink and shares a Jack n Jill bathroom. This room has its own private balcony that overlooks the beautiful tree line.

GUEST ACCESS
Our home comes with a secure heated ski locker for you to utilize so you do not have the hassle of carrying your skis back and forth to the condo.

We also have a complementary shuttle service that will take you to the main lodge where you can find restaurants, bowling, roller skating, shops and night life if you choose to venture out.

Guests have access to our community area that includes a sauna, hot tub, beautiful fireplace with a TV, and exercise equipment for you to enjoy after a day in the mountains. The Deck at our community center has tables and a grill. In the summer there is a heated pool and hot tub, basketball courts, volleyball court, tennis courts that are pickle ball friendly, and an area for your kiddos to enjoy.

We are a short walk to the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail. As well as many Mountain Biking Trails and additional Hiking Trails right on our property.

We are a short drive to Laurel Hill State Park, Falling Water, Kooser State Park, Glades Pike Winery, Living Treasures Animal Park, Hemlock Trail, Caddie Shack Family Entertainment Center, Frank Lloyd Wrights Kentuck Knob, Ohiopyle State park, Flight 93 Memorial, Quecreek Mine Rescue and Latrobe Airport.
