Warm welcome from the owner living in adjoining house. Separate access. Lower level : 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed), (1 bedroom with bunk beds), bathroom, separate WC. Hall with laundry area. 1st floor : large delightful living room (period parquet floors, exposed beams, kitchen area with direct access onto terrace, lounge area with fireplace, dining area). 2nd floor : lounge area with TV, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed), (1 bedroom with bunk beds), shower room including WC. Outdoors : wooden deck with 2-seater hot tub, garden table, bench, deck chairs, large enclosed and shady garden (without opposite neighbours) with children's games (climbing frame, seesaw). Owner suggests a second gîte for 4 people nearby (that can be booked jointly, welcome of 12 people in total).
