Holiday Inn Xining Hot-Spring by IHG
Most of the advertised elements (spa, dining, conference rooms) are not completed yet or closed for repairs. Hotel was <5% occupied when we were there, and the limited staff were using the hotel for other commercial activities. We left after one night. We recommend avoiding this property.

The hotel was incredible in every way. The rooms large and well appointed, the staff were helpful in every way, and the overall facility and services were excellent.
