  • This beautiful newly renovated three bedroom, one bathroom apartment has the perfect location. Just five minutes from Agana Shopping Center, Bank of Hawaii, Guam Museum, Chamorro village, local shops, restaurants and cafes. There is also a gas station right across the road entering the apartment and a grocery store right down the road. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker and basic kitchen utensils. Shampoo, soap & towels are provided upon check-in.

The Home with a View!!

We booked this location for four adults. Dina is a gem, she offered us an option of a three bedroom home instead due to the circumstances that brought us back home to Guam. My family and I cannot thank her enough for the generosity and accommodations she provided. Dina also put me in touch with Queen, the manager for the home. Both Dina and Queen were easy to reach, welcoming, and responsive. The home is in a beautiful and quiet location close to the Navel Station. The home is at the end of a road so there was literally no vehicle traffic which was really nice. Check-in was super easy. The home is clean, stocked with towels, kitchenware, and a washer and dryer. It is a gorgeous home atop a hill with an amazing view of the ocean. There was strong WiFi so I was able to connect for work meetings several times during the stay. Air conditioning was superb and throughout the home. Both bathrooms were clean and the water pressure is amazing. All three bedrooms had comfortable beds and were nicely sized. The kitchen is spacious with a beautiful big picture window practically wall to wall. Cannot rave enough over the view. There is a full balcony with two separate sliding doors that gives the home amazing light and can walk out and soak in the view as well as appreciate the abundance of different trees that outline the home. We will be returning quite regularly and plan to always reach out to Dina for this home specifically. Thank you again for everything!!

Beautiful property

I really enjoyed my stay here. This property was out of the way of the touristy Tumon area which was exactly what I wanted. Pictures described the property exactly. Restaurants and Agana shopping center was about 10 minutes away. I gave Location and neighborhood 4 stars because of the rooster population within this area and the condition of the road. Roosters crowing early in the morning didn't bother me but I know it's not for everyone. There are several free range roosters and chickens near this property. The road tends to flood a little bit and is not paved near the property. This is typical on the island most roads are not paved. During my stay I had a rental vehicle of a Toyota Corolla and had no issues getting to and from the property.
