  • The Costa Verde region will seduce you with its long wild beaches and the charming village of Cervione (capital of the hazelnut).

    Lovely villa of 60 m2 for 6 people located in Prunette (municipality of Cervione) by the beach, quiet, ideal for 4 people but can accommodate a maximum of 6 (5 Adults or 4 Adults and 2 children) is located 30 minutes south of Bastia airport, next to the seaside resort of Moriani beach.

    Within the secure residence, you will benefit from a large secure and heated swimming pool, direct access to the beach, a petanque court and free parking. Restaurants and playground 150m away.

    The villa is composed on the first floor of a living room with a sofa bed (123×190) that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children as well as a coffee table, 2 poufs and a new television.
    A large table and 6 chairs in the dining area.

    The kitchen is equipped and fitted with new fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, microwave, all the necessary crockery and a dishwasher also new.

    A separate toilet completes the first floor with a large bathroom completely renovated with walk-in shower, new washing machine and a second toilet.

    Upstairs you will find a double bedroom (new 160x190 bed), a TV and a wardrobe with hangers.

    A second bedroom with 1 new bed of 140X190 and a dresser.
    The entire villa is air-conditioned.

    Outside, a private garden surrounded by oleanders, a shaded terrace with table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside as well as 2 sun loungers for a time of rest.

    Miscellaneous equipment: wifi, electric plancha, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

    Environment: you can do your shopping on foot, you will find a bakery, supermarket, local products shop, bar, tobacco press, hairdresser, pharmacy etc...

    About 6 kms towards Moriani or on the other side towards Alistro you will find everything else.

Haus anderweitig vergeben !

Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft schon anderweitig vergeben, obwohl wir das Haus 6 Monaten vorab gebucht und voll bezahlt haben. Wir können den Vermieter leider nicht weiterempfehlen! Das Haus können wir nicht bewerten, da wir uns eine andere Unterkunft auf die Schnelle suchen mussten.

Les vacances dans un endroit divin

L'emplacement est excellent, à 3 minutes à pied de la plage qui est très propre. L'environnement est très calme. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. La maison est très belle, spacieuse, parfaite pour quatre personnes. Les lits sont confortables. En cas de petit problème, on peut toujours contacter les propriétaires ou le concierge qui est très attentif et réactif. La seule remarque que nous aimerions faire est l'absence de Wi-Fi. Vous devez donc utiliser votre réseau mobile pour l'internet. Cela nous convenait car nous avions des téléphones portables français, mais cela peut être coûteux pour les clients d'autres pays, surtout s'ils ne viennent pas de l'UE (la Suisse, par exemple). Dans tous les cas, nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Nous serions heureux d'y retourner.
