"Creo q no corresponde el precio al valor del hotel. Primero decía en la información que el hotel era un hotel de lujo con 2 bares y restaurante. Nada más existe un bar q es parte del “restaurante” q ofrece un servicio súper restringido de 5 a 9 pm., pero llegamos un día 8:15 pm y de todos modos estaba cerrado. "Kasa customer service extremely deficient. Waited 3 hours to try to solve error for check in and at around 10:30 pm was told that they did not know when I would be able to so. The best they could do was refund me. Emails were not functioning and phone service futile. Very bad experience. Do not recommend Kasa company.
