In the magical world of complete privacy and silence of the original Istrian village, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and forests rich with truffles, is where Villa Eda is located.
In a small village Buršići, there is only one house, Villa Eda.
Resting at Villa Eda, you will enjoy swimming, sunbathing, magical nights with a starlit sky and pure silence.
Grilling is ultimate pleasure in this area of peace and tranquility, an oasis of green and ecological balance.
Night swimming in the pool under the moonlight is filled with romance.
Even Pliny, the Roman historian, wrote about this area, where the living conditions are so great that they produce the best olive oil in the world.
The area is surrounded by medieval towns on the hills filled with marked hiking and biking trails and wine routes.
The true Istria that you'll experience in Villa Eda, will remain in you as motivation, wonderful memories and inspiration.

Very warm welcome an nice, helpfull host, Eda. Located in the middle of the mountains, very quiet and beautiful environment. The house was very comfortable and clean. All facilities are present. We used the outside kitchen almost every day. The pool is nice and big enough for a refreshing splach in the warm climate of Istria.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig

Villa-Eda ist eine liebevoll hergerichtete Villa in den Bergen Istriens. Der Weg dorthin ist teilweise abenteuerlich aber mit jedem Auto problemlos zu schaffen. Dafür darf man dann das Gefühl genießen in absoluter Ruhe und Alleinlage auf die Berglandschaft zu schauen. Wir haben das auf unserer Terrasse jeden Tag bis spät Abends ausgekostet. Hier findet man wirklich Erholung. Das Highlight für unseren Jüngsten waren der kleine Gemüsegarten und die Hühner, die er gerne versorgt hat.Wir hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit in Kroatien und geben natürlich fünf Sterne. Eda liegt das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen und sie ist eine sehr nette Person. Wir haben selbstgemachte Marmelade bekommen und zum Abschied noch eine Aufmerksamkeit. Bei Fragen kann man Eda einfach eine SMS schicken. Wir waren absolut begeistert von der Ausstattung des Hauses. Es gibt so viele Handtücher, Bettwäsche und sogar Toilettenpapier. Selbst Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner sind vorhanden. Das hatten wir so noch nie.Kleiner Tipp....bei Eda kann man sehr leckeres eigenes Olivenöl kaufen. Davon haben wir uns gleich einen Vorrat mitgenommen. Wir kommen sicherlich irgendwann wieder.

Ich kann mich all den guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ein sehr, sehr schönes Haus, ein traumhafter Pool und eine wunderbare Lage ohne Nachbarn aber viel Ruhe. Abends kann man den Tieren im Gebüsch lauschen, den Grill anschmeißen oder es sich einfach nur mit einem kühlen Bier gut gehen lassen. Eda ist eine sehr herzliche Vermieterin. Sie hat sogar unserem Sohn zum Geburtstag eine mega schöne und leckere Torte vorbeigebracht und uns eine Flasche Prosecco dazugestellt. Die Anfahrt ist gar nicht schlimm wenn man aus Richtung Nordosten kommt. Von der anderen Seite würde ich eher abraten, kommt aber auf das Auto an. Alles super! Wir würden 100 Sterne geben wenn möglich !!!!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Eda! Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand, die Bäder und die Küche erst kürzlich renoviert. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig und Eda als Gastgeberin ist super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick von dem Haus ist atemberaubend und es lässt sich sowohl draußen, als auch drinnen super erholen und abschalten. Ich kann Villa Eda nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen - es ist ein wahrer „Geheimtipp“!Danke Eda für die schöne Zeit, wir werden sicher noch mal wiederkommen!

Erholung Pur

Wir waren nur zu zweit mit Hund und suchten Ruhe und Erholung. Das haben wir zu 100 % gefunden. Die Lage ist einmalig. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort Wohl gefühlt. Aber der Hammer ist die Eigentümerin Eda. eine ganz, ganz liebe Frau die sich um uns gekümmert hat, als gehörten wir zur ihrer Familie. Vielen lieben Dank Eda wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

A very relaxing stay

Very nice little farmhouse with a private pool. Eda is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. She brought us home made jam and local white wine. The house is a great starting point to visit cities nearby, like Triest, Rovinj or Koper (all about a 50-60 km drive away from the house)

Ein Kleinod der Ruhe - die Villa Eda

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Istrien. Auch wenn das Meer weit weg war, haben wir uns in Edas Villa unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Ein tolles Haus, das mit Liebe geführt wird. Eine Gastgeberin, die alles tut, dass man sich zuhause fühlt. Die unglaubliche Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit haben uns super gefallen. Der Pool ist ein Highlight. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Stunning Property ideal for couple or small family

We had a fantastic week at Villa Eda, an immaculate property that exceeded our expectations, apart from the lack of a hand whisk in the kitchen. Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. The property’s isolation was perfect for us, although the 10-minute drive on an uneven gravel track requires a car with good suspension. The small pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful, and collecting fresh eggs from the chickens was a bonus. Eda was a wonderful hostess, and her parting gifts were extremely generous. We highly recommend this dog-friendly villa, though our springer spaniel did manage to escape through the bars in the fencing, which we still find incredible. We would love to return to this wonderful villa. Thank you Eda.

Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin die sich viel Mühe gibt !!!Wir wurden mit Leckeren Sachen verwöhnt und im Haus fehlte es an nichts! Eigene Hühner sorgten für frische Eier und unsere Hunde waren in dem umzäunten Grundstück sehr gut untergebracht

Traumhafte Lage und Haus Anreise zum Haus sehr schwierig nur über sehr steilen Schotterweg

Das Haus liegt traumhaft ruhig ohne Nachbarn. Sehr ruhig und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist toll. Die Vermieterin ist auch wirklich super freundlich und herzlich. Es gab einige Gastgeschenke. Sehr liebevoll … Danke Eda.. 5 Sterne plus. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Anreise zu dem Haus. Diese ist nicht beschriftet und führt nur über einen schlechten und auch sehr steilen Feldweg, der auch noch ausgewaschen ist. Die Ausstattung in dem Haus ist super. Alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen wieder. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist da genau richtig.

Traumurlaub

Nach einer langen Anreise erwarte uns das Paradies auf Erden.Wie schon in denn anderen Bewertungen schon beschrieben bittet dieses Ferienhaus alles was eine 5 Sterne Bewertung verdient.Sei es die herzliche Begrüßung und die vielen kleinen Überraschungen das sehr gepflegte Haus der Garten der Pool und die Rundumbetreuung durch Eda .Wer seine Ruhe sucht wird diese auch hier bekommen und erst Mal diese Aussicht an der man sich gar nicht satt sehen kann.Wir können zu Recht sagen das es einer der schönsten Urlaube war die wir bis zu dieser Zeit hatten .Danke EDA für alles

Wonderful villa in a perfect environment

We had a great time in Istria with a perfect base at Villa Eda! Nearly everything in Istria can be reached within an hour, thus hard decisions every day… especially as there is always the option to “chill the base” :-) The silence except nature is incredible. And Eda is such a lovely host, we enjoyed all the little self-made fruits and gifts! Normally, we don’t go twice to the same location, but we would make an exception here!

Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort

Die Villa Eda ist ein gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes, komfortables Ferienhaus und bietet durch seine idyllische Lage fernab des Tourismus-Trubels alles, was wir uns für einen erholsamen Urlaub gewünscht haben. Doch das Beste war unsere liebe Gastgeberin Eda! Sie hat nicht nur rücksichtsvoll und umsichtig den Pool regelmäßig gesäubert und geschaut, ob alles in Ordnung ist, sondern hat uns umsorgt mit lieben Gaben wie Marmelade, Schnäpschen und Gemüse. Von einem wunderbaren istrischen 3-Gänge-Menü, das Eda für uns gekocht hat, schwärmen wir immer noch! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können dieses Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen.

Fantastic house on a very quiet place

Wonderful place with very nice views if you like peace like we do. The house has everything you need (although it wasn't guite clear for us from the website that everything was included in the price, like towels/bedlinnen/cleaning/etc., but it was all-in). Eda gave us a warm welcome. We saw 3 people (farmers) the whole week. Unfortunately, one of the chickens went to the chicken heaven during our stay, but the other 2 gave delicious eggs every day. There is only one wish and that is that the road to the house (1.6km) was a bit better. It's very stoney at some points with the slopes and we wish we had a suv/4x4. But Eda drove a Mini, so who are we to complain ;-)

Eine Woche Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus mit eigenem Pool - Was will man mehr? Obendrauf gibt es noch drei Hühner, die für frische Frühstückseier sorgen und eine Gastgeberin, die alles macht, damit ihre Gäste den Urlaub rundum genießen können. Wirklich perfekt!

Wundervoll und erholsam

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und Eda ist ein Schatz, der einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt und uns mit zahlreichen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder, liebe Eda!

Schöne Woche trotz Regen

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Eda. Das Häuschen liegt einsam gelegen mit schönem Ausblick. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Leider hatten wir sehr viel Regen und dadurch war der Schotterweg auch schwer befahrbar. Ich hatte in der Woche Geburtstag und Eda kam vorbei und hat mir eine Torte mit persönlichem Gruß vorbeigebracht. Wir bekamen selbstgemachte Marmelade und auch den Wunsch unserer Tochter zum Friseur zu gehen hat Eda organisiert. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Woche in der Villa Eda!

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Eda, die Vermieterin, ist sehr nett und hat uns mit vielen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und der Pool ist top gepflegt. Mit unserem Hund konnten wir direkt vom Haus ab Wandern gehen. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank dafür, Eda!!!
