The inviting villa boasts two main floors, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment.



Main Floor:



Grand Entrance: An elegant welcome sets the tone for your stay. The main floor is fully air conditioned.



Eat-in Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dining table that comfortably seats eight guests.



Sunroom & Bathroom: Unwind in the sunroom, featuring a full bathroom and access to a charming outdoor patio.



Living Room: The open living room provides a sophisticated yet comfortable space to gather, featuring a large Smart TV for entertainment.



Dining Room: Enjoy meals together around the expansive dining table, which seats eight, with the added elegance of a piano.



Outdoor Oasis: French doors lead from the living area to the beautiful front garden, where you'll find a refreshing pool and comfortable outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and sunbathing. Around the corner from the pool you will find a ping pong table.



Lower Floor:



Cool Bedroom: A bedroom on the lower level offers a naturally cool space (due to its location) with two single beds. Please note, this room does not have air conditioning but features an ensuite bathroom with a shower.



Upper Floor:



Air-Conditioned Bedrooms: Ascend the stairs to the upper floor, where four comfortable bedrooms await. Three bedrooms boast plush beds, two queen size and the other king. Two of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan.

While the remaining bedroom offers a double bed, suitable for either a single adult or two children.



Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms cater to everyone's needs, one featuring a shower and the other a shower and bathtub combination.



Work Area: A dedicated workspace provides a beautiful and spacious wooden desk overlooking the front garden and pool area, ideal for catching up on emails or remote work.



Downstairs you will find a full laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing table.
