The property is distributed over 2 levels connected by a spiral staircase. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a large living and dining room, offering direct access to a generous 12 m2 balcony with terrace and balcony furniture as well as 2 deck chairs, all framing a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped and also features a television. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds, the second bedroom is furnished with a double sofabed, and the third is a double bedroom with its own access to the balcony. The main bathroom on this floor includes a bath, bidet, and WC. On the lower ground floor, accessible via the spiral staircase, a second bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. Throughout the apartment, natural stone floors lend an elegant and timeless character to the space.
