"Few days ago I paid $210/night plus $50 valet parking in a “fancy” hotel in Indianapolis, what a waste of money. For $63 in American Motor Inn I got the same bed size and comfort and much better sleep. The location is safe, quiet and they have parking. The young man at the reception is kind and friendly. Great customer service. Rock Island is a very beautiful place and in few minutes drive you can visit Davenport, Iowa. We’re definitely recommend this motel and we’re planning on coming back...

"We booked this room and immediately received a text message from the manager there wasn’t any hot water. We just needed a place to sleep and for the kids to swim. Upon check in, the assistant General Manager Sarah, went above and beyond for us. She made sure to have good communication as to why there wasn’t any hot water.
