"We should have went else where after being moved 3 times because the rooms were not functional. Wasn't helpful or friendly."

"This is a long term stay hotel. There were no amenities in the room, there is no lobby to visit. The linens were clean, but old."

"Nice stay"

"Room had signs of water damage on furniture"

"I typically don’t care enough to write a review, I can think of better ways to spend my time. However, staying at Comfort Inn in Shelby morphed into an ultimately laughable experience. "The entry door to our room was very dirty on the inside of the room. And the bathroom door was the same way. This property does not have an elevator. All rooms are entered from the outside. The continental breakfast was very good."

"The hot water, shower head, and air conditioning were fine. The second night I killed a cockroach and noticed what I would say look to be a slug (slimy fat looking worm)."
