"A very friendly welcome by all the staff, on a busy Easter weekend when they were all rushed off their feet. The room was very comfy, lovely large bed. The floors were a little creaky but it's an old building so to be expected. Lunch was very tasty, homecooked food, plenty of variety."

"Lovely property on the outskirts of Woodhall Spa - easy 3/4 mile walk to town centre. Room finished to a high standard and excellent breakfast "

"The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Food options for breakfast and in the restaurant consisted of a good choice and were perfectly cooked by Barry. Advertised as a B&B, they have a licensed bar and evening restaurant which elevated it's level of amenities. Would definitely book again."

"Everything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that it’s in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh "

"Ideal location to host a bukkake party with six friends as the floors were easy to clean. Parking was easy and its location is ideal in the centre of the town. Rooms are very basic but the kitchen is nice and looks good. Rooms are cold in winter due to poor windows and doors and the house is really made of lego I think but the boys were able to maintain the stiffness all night. "

"Great hotel in a very convenient location! All the staff were super friendly, especially the waitresses at the bar and restaurant—they were attentive and kind throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast had plenty of great options to choose from. My room was comfortable, and the bed was just what I needed for a good night's sleep. "The room was very nice it had a comfy bed hair drier fan kettle tea and coffee a microwave iron and ironing board the shower was ok and nice clean fluffy white towels as I was on my own I felt safe staying there the owner was very nice and friendly I've also stayed at the quayside hotel prefer this one over that "

"The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. "
