"This may be our go-to hotel whenever we’re flying out of YYC. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the restaurant was great. Not having to wake up extra early, wait for a shuttle, and head out into the cold—especially with a small child—was such a relief. Being able to walk straight from the hotel to airline check-in was worth every penny and made for a smooth, stress-free start to our holiday. Highly recommend"

"Second time staying there. Rooms are spacious and beds are very clean! The only thing was there is no coffee in the lobby. There are some in the rooms but if there is someone sleeping and one likes to get up earlier and go have coffee you have to wait until the restaurant opens and then paying $7 for coffee! That to me should be offered for free. Other then that happy with the hotel. "

"The hotel itself was fantastic! Only complaint i have was that the bathroom in the suites was inside the bedroom, resulting in the person sleeping on the pullout having to enter the bedroom to use the bathroom. Would prefer if the bathroom entrance was on the outside of the bedroom. However, this is not something the hotel staff can control. The pool/hot tub was amazing! Loved it!!"

"Wakeup calls should be automated I wAs awakened almost an hour early by a call at 3:55 am which at that time is a big difference. I booked it for 4:45. Then there was no hot water in the lobby for early tea. Then I have still not received my emailed receipt, 5 hours later"
