"No surprises. Exactly what we wanted."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I only had interaction with staff on check in/and check out but they were all very nice. The breakfast was good, I was hoping for biscuits & gravy but that wasn't one of their offerings, at least not that morning. They had a ice water dispenser in the lobby on a stand and at breakfast they had placed bags with breakfast items (like a sack lunch but with breakfast) up for grabs. There were many places to eat within walking distance, also Powell's Bookstore was...

"Tiny room, terrible breakfast for $29, $4 for each bottled water. The sofa bed was not made when we checked in. There was one blanket and pillow for it, we called the front desk that night, and no one came to deliver any other blanket or pillow. Overall not a good experience and will not be staying there again."

"Everything is good. However, I was confused a lot while chekcing in because of mandatory velit parking. It could be much more better to have a clear sign notice at the entrance. Meanwhile, I also wonder the rule that no children from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the swimming pool because the parent have to take care of them. Maybe it is for those adults who travel without kides?"

"The bathroom is too small. The toilet is half way the door. The sink is like a salad bowl size. There’s barely any space for your own stuff. The hotel charges 28 dollars for something you don’t really need, such as 5-6 pm happy hour beer, etc. They don’t have anything except for a bar of soap. The most most horrible thing is the flush sound of the toilet. You can hear your next door neighbor flushing so clearly and loudly that it can wake you up in the middle of the night."

Definitely recommend having a breakfast as Palm Court as it offers flavorful, easy option breakfast menu. However, the sink in bathroom had very poor, slow drainage, and no bathtub in the suite."

The hotel was very rigid, and absolutely offered me no help to accommodate me in any way. I wasted $600 for this mistake. I accept that this is partially my fault, but all other hotels have provided some firm of relief in the past. I am disappointed."
