"The receptionist was so helpful and kind to respond to my query about the hairdryer and came promptly to my room to help me find it and was very gracious when I realised it had been there the whole time in a black bag on the hanger and I totally missed that! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had the best shower. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and hot drinks. "Nice breakfast, parking is a tight for the number of rooms but ok if you arrive for a early check in.Speaking of the check in it states a time 12 noon but this is not correct,we arrived at 1pm only to be told that is to early but our room was ready so no problem for us and able to park ok."

"The stay provided a really welcome break. The hosts met us to check in and were really warm and welcoming. We were shown around the property and assured to contact them if we needed anything. We didn't as the accommodation had everything that we needed. I was slightly concerned that the room may have been cold given the time of year, but it was really warm and cosy and well furnished. The shower was also powerful and hot. I would definitely recommend for a short break. "

"General maintenance issues as it’s an old hotel, but decorated modern. Good location and friendly staff. Food was good but expensive. Room was a good size, bed comfortable and nice and warm. Better tea and coffee facilities would be nice and better quality loo roll 🙂"
