"Great little hotel above an English Pub. Was relatively quiet after the pub closed. Great central location, friendly staff, wonderful food. No air conditioning but they did provide a couple of fans and we kept the window open so that cooled the room well enough. The beds were a bit on the firm side but overall was a great room. "

"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely...

"The Hotel is very good value for money. Great for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean although would benefit redecorating. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a heated towel rail and free WiFi. Ample car parking. The Hotel lacks Bar/Restaurant but a Buffet style Breakfast is available. This looks much improved from my first stay. (I have stayed five times at this Hotel) There is now a Bistro menu in the evenings, I am looking forward to trying this on my next visit."

"Very nice little room with everything we needed for one night's stay. The Manager was really helpful, including giving us a lift to the wedding evening do which was really appreciated. "Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes.
