"Yoland is an excellent host and she made us feel very welcome. It is a fairly quiet area in a small village with other areas accessible. Beautiful gardens and picturesque scenery. "

"A very informal AirBNB in enormous family home. Hosts were very friendly, informal and keen to help. Full Breakfast was fabulous - I haven't seen a Hostess Trolley since 1983 and the croissant and granola yoghurt were lovely! Bed was very cosy and view from window stunning. Short walk or drive up to the rocks. On the negative side, en suite shower/loo/sink is very small and some of its finishes could be quite a bit better. Renovation is obviously still a work in progress, especially outside....

"A great place to stay! Welcoming, friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was amazing! Evening menu has a great choice and is great quality. Highly recommend!"

"We had a meal on the first night which was very good. Guinness pie with mash and an Angus burger. Food was served hot and was very tasty 😋 The room was clean and tidy with a big bathroom. One small issue was a loose toilet seat but it was sorted as soon as I reported it to reception. Overall a good 2 night stay. A cooked breakfast would have made the stay even better but there was a continental breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, yoghurt etc."

"My partner and I stayed here for two nights and she loved it from first site of the grounds and the hotel. It was a short walk into Llangollen where we had access to restaurants and pubs, plus the River Dee and the canal."
