"It was quiet and easy enough to travel into downtown by bus. However the photos portraying the B&B are misleading. Yes those are the rooms, but not how they look. The floors are sticky, it is very dusty and there is an accumulation of stuff that takes over. I don't usually want to give a bad review as it is someone's livelihood, but this is absolutely unacceptable as a B&B."

* Location, you're half a block from a street full of restaurants, parks, and pubs. We walked the 2km to the War Museum, and you can also easily get around.
* Sam at the front desk was great. She basically saved the review of this hotel. And the servers at Coopers (breakfast) were also very lovely
Cons:
* The whole vibe is that the landlord needed to slap paint on the space before the new renter comes in. Everything is just that little bit grubby (and literally they painted over dust)....
