"Great place. Good housekeeping every day. Spacious upgraded unit. Only unfortunate thing was my room was on the 16th floor but it faced east and the truck noise was very loud from the street which made keeping the windows or balcony door impossible. I would ask for a west-facing room next time. Otherwise great spot. "

"So close to Parliament and other places of interest in Ottawa. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved our balcony. "

"We had a very comfortable stay with five adults. We were in town for a conference, and the full kitchen, two bedrooms, and sofa bed made it a great little suite to stay in. Handy location, restaurants all around, and about a 10 to 15 minute walk over to the convention centre (if you take the route along the canal rather than the longer road-only path). The staff were helpful, professional, and friendly, and we had a very nice stay!"

"For the price, this hotel was a great deal. Lots of space (most of which I did not use) and the bathroom was just fine. The main issue is the lack of air circulation in the bedroom. Could use a ceiling fan. But overall pleasant. I also have to thank the staff at the property for helping me get a proper receipt so I can get reimbursed."

"With doors and garage requiring fobs to enter the hotel felt very secure and safe. The apartment was well equipped with full kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Unfortunately, it was not exactly the same as the photos on the Hotels.com website. The floor boards were coming apart (a potential tripping hazard) and the paint on the bathroom walls was peeling. Also, the photos indicated a balcony, yet my room did not have one. "Great location on a quiet downtown street! Walking distance to Byward Market, University of Ottawa, Parliament Hill and many other attractions. The hotel is a few blocks from a Farm Boy for grocery shopping and there are many restaurants and pubs nearby on Elgin St and Bank St. Thanks to Kaity in the SOHO Residences office for all her help before and during our stay! We hope to be back."

"The price was high for this property. It’s listed that it can accommodate 10 people. We were 3 adults and it worked for us but it would be tight with more than 6. "We never got to use it cancelled Friday morning left us high and dry some people were already in route . Terrible customer service never offered to help find alternative accommodation. Fortunately we got 3! Hotel rooms these plans were made in August. Some flew in to Syracuse for it. Was refunded I guess haven’t seen it yet"

"Had such a fun time at this location. Ana was super helpful in making sure we understood how the lights and speakers worked and how to feel the most at home! Gorgeous spot, highly recommend!"

"The property was exactly what we wanted.Easy access, safe and close to location of the event we were attending. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well kept. If ther was anything negative to say it would probably be the mattresses. A little worn."
