"Stopped 2 nights,room was tidy and clean, parking was right outside the room plenty of parking available, we were little bit early for booking in the young man on reception came out to meet us and couldn't do enough for us to settle in,
Breakfast was really good plenty of choice, and I must say the pretty young lady that was on duty in the restaurant was very helpful and cooked a lovely English breakfast, sincerely hope things get better for you in the future."

"My wife and I stayed at the Copthorne, it is situated within a retail park easy to get to from the M4. Stayed two nights, the room was basic reminding me of the 90's, it was clean, there was tea/coffee facilities, ironing board, TV that was temperamental, fridge and a comfortable bed. "Try and avoid a room facing the road. My room wall where the bed frame was suffered from resonance when lorries went last and road noise quite early in the morning. If you're a light sleeper I recommend asking for a room on the opposite side.
The room itself was clean with a good shower. The spa was excellent. The gym has technogym equipment but is a bit small.
The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful."
