"The more I say good about this place the less it is. The area is not the best but it is definitely not the worst snd compared to the price it is definitely worth it. As a first timers in Europe if we were able to navigate through everything, everyone can. The best part about this hotel that many people don’t look for is very very friendly staff. "The room was amazing. It was very clean, spacious, modern, and close to a lot of great things. What made it 5 stars for me was the customer service. On our first night, there was a complication with our key - it was 10pm and we didn’t have a room. However, one of the employees went above and beyond to take care of us, driving to us late at night to make sure we had a place to stay. I commend Bonavistas exceptional customer service and will definitely be rebooking when we come back!"
