"I was completely satisfied with the check -in, grounds, parking, privacy. The staff wax more than accommodating. I checked out at 3:00 am because we had a long drive. We discovered a screw in a tire and didn't want to start down the 128. I called the late check in number to see if we could go back to the room until 7:00 am when the repair shop opened. "Many thoughtful details at this boutique hotel like cookies, tea and coffee in the lobby. Simple home cooked breakfasts brought to your door in the mornings. The room we had was very comfortable and clean, the fire place was a really nice touch on cold evenings. Our room had a peek of ocean view from the seating area but otherwise the property is more nestled in the woods. There is no real “farm” to speak of other than a big flock of chickens. Lovey spot, worth coming back for sure."

"We stayed here for a stop on our 2 week California Coast road trip. It was our favorite stay of the trip. Clean, updated, comfortable. Beautiful setting! The hotel host Alyssa was friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome! Breakfast was nice with fresh bakery goods, fruit, oatmeal, granola, etc. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!"

"It was a lovely place to stay, in a convenient location, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The supplied wifi was very good (a concern in this area, because cell service is spotty). A note for EV drivers, especially those coming from urban areas: Be sure to plan out your charging stops ahead of time, because once you get out to Hwy 1 on the coast, chargers, especially high-speed ones, are not exactly thick on the ground. If you're on 101, I'd suggest topping off someplace along...

"Room clean and ready for us with best coffee of this Californian holiday. Pleasant balcony and comfortable beds. Good shower and toiletries."

"Two level accommodations with upstairs bedroom and full living room/kitchen on the main level. Very nice with great view. Fireplace was only source of heat. If you are planning to use the futon (uncomfortable) the fireplace going on and off can make it difficult to sleep. Walls are not sound proof and can hear loud neighbors and cars."

"We were upgraded and this was the best hotel of our trip. The staff is fantastic and the suite was incredibly nice. Such a great experience."

"Really liked the friendly staff; nice rooms; delicious buffet breakfast; and beautiful, views!!"

"Nice that it was close to a shore walk but also very close to noisy Hwy 1. The golf was so-so and full of rowdy teenagers."

"Unfortunately there’s really nowhere to walk. The street is too narrow to walk into the village and there’s no beach access. But the property has stunning views and the cabins are cozy and fully appointed. As long as you don’t mind driving half a mile to town or to other areas, the stay itself is very nice and comfortable."

"Positive: bed, sheets, pillows towels all super comfortable. I could have stayed in bed all day! Not so positive: room is super small, couldn’t figure out the TV, “updated” with cheap materials but was good for just sleeping there for the night. Got in from Skunk Train at 11pm and left at 8:30 am. Heater is super loud all night and so we turned it off then was cold. If you just need a bed for the night, nothing fancy and fairly cheap it would be fine."

"The owner was very friendly. The room was basic, bathroom had some issues, and the steps into the front door were the "mind your footing" steep. Without looking at the room prior to booking, I expected a bit more available amenities, for the price I paid. Regardless of the l cons, it was quiet, comfortable and very much appreciated. "Great proximity to things to do, clean, helpful staff."

"This place is good for the price and would stay here again since it was clean and rooms look updated. The outside noise can be a bit annoying in the middle of the night. As for the free breakfast, it was a joke. I’m not expecting anything fancy but when all you have is stale bread with no butter/jelly anything to spread on it and cereal and no milk, you might as well just say free Coffee and OJ and I’d be okay with that."
