"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the back patio and open space to the garden, the short walk to a semi-private beach, and the pickle ball courts. The property was well maintained. The renovations and overall design of the room was great too— you can tell they put a lot of thought into it to make sure guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their stay."

"I was so disappointed with my stay at Studio 9 Hotel in Mendocino County. The pictures on the website were very misleading. There was no patio or beautiful beach scenery from the room as advertised. Instead, when you opened the bathroom window, you were looking directly into people’s backyard, which felt uncomfortable and lacked privacy. The room itself also did not meet expectations. "The room we stayed at wasn’t very clean. There is definitely lots of dust on different surfaces, including clumped up hair in the bathroom. It worked for what it is, but I wouldn’t return to this place. "

"Rome wasn’t clean. Left over pizza stuff under the beds in both rooms. Shower wasn’t cleaned. Hair still around shower and shower walls were grimy and slimy. Beds were soft and a/c heater worked. No satellite signal to watch tv. No usb adapters or anything. Very plain and classic motel 6 experience and expectations. The place compared to the web page is a total opposite."
