"Nice and convenient for my needs well located. And priced really well."

"The staff was very friendly and so helpful. The room was very well maintained and very unique. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Everything"

"Room is super cute and clean. I didn’t get to book any of the spa things because I was there for an event. But I absolutely loved my stay here and will be coming back again to experience and enjoy the spa packages."

"The bungalows were a perfect place to stay. Be sure to walk the property to experience the healthy Joshua Trees and dessert landscape. These are a perfect blend of organic Frank Lloyd Wright architecture where your living design joins the outdoor landscape seamlessly. They are a quiet retreat that are touched by beautiful dessert light especially at sunrise."

"Not expected, limited space in the RV, difficult to work on AC/Heat and TV. Heat running was so loud in the middle of the night. Customer service is great."

"Rene the receptionist was magnificent!! We stayed one night and it was a wonderful experience!! Beautiful place! Very clean. Would definitely stay again. Wish I was still there!"

"I booked this place For my parents for the weekend, they absolutely loved it ! It was very clean , amenities up to date , room was very clean, kitchen clean bathroom. The staff and owners extremely nice, friendly and attentive. The pool was very well maintained and clean . They would definitely come back again . 10/10"

"Only problem was with housekeeping bringing unpaid guest and a child to enjoy all the amenities that was only required for paying adults.. Showed up and accessed my room to only find housekeeping staying in what was suppose to be my room. Wine, used towels, bed unmade. Thought it was a double booked room then found out it was the maid staying in the room that was booked to me. Very unprofessional"

"Staff was exceptionally helpful, property and room were very well taken care of. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Desert Hot Springs. We'll definitely be back lots of times. Thank you for having us!"

"Im over it."

"We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

"No expresso machine, mice running through the house, scratching noises by our bedroom door, the pool and jacuzzi was ungodly, filthy, and so small, impossible to even imagine that it was written that it actually is a pool- smaller than a bathtub."
