"Very nice old inn hotel. Nicely renovated and providing all modern facilties. Excellent restaurant, both dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Very friendly staff. On arrival the room for the three of us was not available due to a technical issue and they gave us two fourposter rooms. Short drive to the Jurassic Coast and also nice small village to take a short walk after dinner or in the morning."

"Strong WiFi throughout. Plenty of choice for breakfast, although the cooked food was a bit salty for our liking. Bed was firm, with a creak. Non feather bedding, so great for allergies. Bathroom door wasn't keen to stay shut. Room was clean. Great selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. Quiet location over the night. Steak and ale pie great, veg pie you needed a spoon to eat the contents with. "

"Had a lovely stay!! Room was beautiful- spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. Managed to get the room before having to leave for a wedding at 1pm (thank you very much for doing this for us!!), was a great location for a wedding at Mapperton House, and then using Craig’s taxis to taxi there and back. Breakfast the next day was reasonably priced & tasty, eaten in the lovely dining area. Also fabulous views over the countryside! Would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to the...

"Wonderful place to stay in central Crewkerne. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was exactly as pictured. The room was so unique! Our room faced the street and was a bit noisy at night but we had our window open. Highly recommend!"
