Centro comercial Wilsam Uptown Mall

The hotel is a new hotel so the condition is good and the staff are good at cleaning. The problem is in the advertising of this hotel. Most of their rooms are standard reasonably priced but very small and NO WINDOWS. On check-in made me pay the higher walk in price for an upgrade with a window. Ended up pay double what I had expected Hotels.com need to require in the Philippines that it is clearly stated if the room doesn’t have a window. Otherwise the Filipino staff are very gracious and helpful.

Great hotel, great location, right across the mall. Everything is close from it. Pleanty of restaurants across the street and the hotels buffet is good also. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well mantain. Hightly recommended

This is a great place for day pass and overnight weekend staycations. Feels like all is designed for you to stay outside of your room. The lap pool, the jacuzzi and the wanna be beach pool are great. The huts around them are super comfy and great to lounge. The gym is okay. It's just small. The Oasis bar is so convenient but the menu isn't that original. Try their oasis maki. The room is spacious but poorly furnished. There is just 1 chair and no wardrobe. Just a steel structure to hang a few clothes. The toiletries aren't totally environmentally friendly if you care about that. They still leave small tubes of shampoo and soap instead of refillable ones. They're generous with the complimentary drinking water. The bed is comfortable and smells good. The housekeeping takes long to come fix the room. They came in as late as 5pm. The breakfast is standard, no much variety, and for the booking price it could be way better. The restaurant staff takes long to redo the tables after guests leave. Big chances of sitting at a dirty table until they come in. You also have to frequently remind them about dishes that need replenishing or else you won't enjoy some of the dishes. On weekends they have more entertainment. The fire dance is lit. The live music is enjoyable. The weekend dinner buffet is not worth it. It is very similar to a karenderya buffet. You're better at the bar. Or at the a la carte menu. The best of the place is their staff. Incredible hospitality. Really well trained.
