"we got a room very stinky to cigarette, after 2 night and 2 consecutive claims, the staff of the hotel moved us to another room much much better Thanks you so much for this action."

"It was very clean"

"Just decent size of a bedroom, however it’s clean and they fix the bed every day the at majestic your day even better. Though the only comments in the room was they missed to give us towel mat and after your shower it’s darn slippery. They missed us to give 2 hand towels. Stayed for 3 nights and sharing a hand towel. Staff is absolutely nice except for breakfast staff. It seemed either they ate rushing you to take your order or they are on a rush and it’s not even busy. Also, I ordered...

"Excelente ubicación y buenos restaurantes alrededor "

"The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff made you feel at home and very helpful about restaurants, clubs and events in the hostel and surrounding areas. I was sad to leave after experiencing such excellent service. There were events daily ,rooftop bar and restaurant all in one. I would definitely recommend this place."

"More information about pool/gym etc could be nice."

"Got over charged when I had to move to another room because the air conditioning was not working."
