"Great service"

"Good location, close to the subway station, a shopping mall, and attractions. Staff should greet arriving customers, confirm their place in line, and provide an estimated wait time."

"This hotel is located very conveniently near the Qingdao metro station Yan'er Dao Lu. It's an older style but I always find it really comfortable. It's also close to where I can meet with friends to go for cheap breakfasts, lunches etc. My room on the 35th floor was really spacious and the cleaning staff were great. My pen happened to run out of ink while I was writing my diary and the cleaner gave me hers. Front desk staff were also helpful and I will certainly come back when I am next in...
