"The room was clean, the bed is quite comfortable. The location is alright. The entry to the hotel could be a struggle for new guests at the hotel. I found it difficult to locate the entrance. A guide to the assigned entrance( which is entrance 2) for entry to the hotel would be ideal."

"Staff was the BEST part of our stay! Attentive & went above & beyond. We had an early flight and they still accommodated breakfast to go for us. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. Parking however can be limited and you may have to park on the street. However you can pull up to the main entrance to drop your luggage with the staff so you do not have to make the (very) short walk if you have to street park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The actual room was fairly clean with a decent shower and toilet and good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the main road. The building and surroundings are very run down, I wasn't even sure the pub was open to go in and collect the key as the windows had bars on them and the hanging sign was empty. Needs a bit of a paint job. Parking was dodgy, surrounded by bins, rubbish and just not very clear where to park."

"These were all great! - Location and parking, the rooms, staff, bar tenders, meals. Great place to stay with complete handicap accessibility around the facility and in the room."

"The room was grubby and tired. It needed a full deep clean throughout and the furniture needed to be relaced as it was very badly chipped and scratched and had not looked like it had been replaced in a very long time. It looked like there was no care taken with any of the repairs made in the room, all very badly done. I would not stay here again. The room was very over priced at £219 for one night with no breakfast."

"Location was great but very noisy as I was above the function room. ( very loud music) Receptionist ( Jennifer,I think her name was),kindly moved me to another room which was excellent. She did it without question and that in my opinion, was excellent service. Please pass my thanks to her. Will definitely return and choose a club room."
