They have a steam iron which was excellent for business travellers. Breakfast selection was wide and varied. "A really good hotel at the Airport suitable for early flights. The Jewel, shops, nice restaurants are all in walking distance. Room is very small but was sufficient for our needs. Missed not having coffee in the room but that’s not so important anyway. "

"プレミアルームを利用。最上階の4階の端部屋だったが、隣の部屋の音は全く気にならなかった。低層ホテルで各階の部屋数も少なく、エレベーター2台で待ち時間はほぼゼロ。ベッドはダブルで広さは十分。部屋は少し狭めだけど綺麗。スーツケースも十分広げられる。バスタブ、シャンプー・ボディソープ、歯ブラシ、バスタオル、浄水器、電気ケトル、コーヒー・紅茶、カップ、スプーン、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、セーフティーボックスあり。フェイスタオルないのが意外と不便。コンセントは日本のプラグでもそのまま差せる。毎日の部屋掃除、タオル交換、アメニティやコーヒーの補充もしてくれる。フロントスタッフはホテル前で写真撮ってとお願いしたら快く応じてくれ、何だったらフロント前でも撮ろうかとまで言ってくれた。歩いて数分のところにセブンイレブンやバス停あり、パヤレバーのMRT駅も徒歩圏内で便利。2つ星という感じは全くしない良いホテルだと思う。"

"Our first interaction with Grand Mercure Roxy, was we requested that they keep one of our Large bags with them for a few days BEFORE we even checked in (as we were going to spend a few days in Johor Bahru first).
