"Check in and check out was trouble. I checked in late, and they had canceled my reservation and sold the room to someone else. The desk clerk said they had no rooms available. I asked if they expected me to go to another hotel. He came up with another room and made a one night reservation, although my original reservation was for 4 nights. No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel. "
