"Unfortunately we were awaken at 7 a.m. by a barking dog in the next room. When we told the front staff they said they contacted the dog's owner and they were coming back to the hotel.... This was at 9:30 a.m. The poor dog was left alone. The staff said their policy is that dogs not be left in the alone. So 2 1/2 hours of listening to the dog bark loudly. Not a great experience."

"Greyson at the front desk was great, besides the smell of stale cigarettes in the lobby, the rest of the hotel was clean. The absolute worst part is the valet parking, it takes 30 minutes to get your car and when you come back to the hotel to park its a 50/50 chance you will find a spot to park for the valet.
