"I was disappointed as i booked this place due to it advertising it having a gym on site and air conditioning. I was told the air conditioning would not work for another month. My room was 26 degrees Celsius which was not comfortable for me to sleep. On arrival they told me there was no gym, they offered a pass to a gym about 10 minutes away. "This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street.
