"The water was not hot. There was really only one trash can, and there was no remotes to the cable box. Seen roach in the kitchen. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The towels were dirty looking."

"Southern hospitality is alive and well in Memphis! Very friendly staff. Our room was well cleaned. The complimentary soap smelled really nice. We accidentally turned the thermostat down too much on the fridge. Lol. Breakfast was better than expected: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, granola bars, cereal, coffee and juice. So much value for the price. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff were allfriendly, the room was very clean. Breakfast was great (oatmeal, fluffy scrambled eggs, very crispy bacon, moist biscuits, fresh waffles…) the location was amazing with so many stores and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff were superb...breakfast was good...Only bad thing I can think of is the lack of sufficient water pressure...not sure if this was due to a flow restrictor in the shower head, or if it was just low pressure overall...I would definitely stay here again, even though I didn't need a room with basically a kitchen...."
