"We got placed in a handicap room which is terrible for us, with the thought that someone who may need it couldn’t use it. Also, we paid in American dollars for a room that’s in Canada and that is ludicrous. Never in all my travels has this happened to me."

"We were met when we arrived by the host. Soon after we were driven to the door of our cabin and we were delighted to find a secluded retreat in the forest. Short walk to the hot tub and showers. Great experience overall. Thank you."
