Tastefully restored historic home in quaint town, 20 minute drive to Columbia MO

WOW! What a historic and tastefully restored gem!! From the gleaming, original 1920's hardwood floors to the intricate wood trim and fixtures this home has three wonderful bedrooms complete with a master ensuite bath with jetted tub. The main level also features a guest bedroom and full bath. Need an extra bed? No problem-the couch has a full pull-out bed! The kitchen feels modern and spacious without sacrificing its historic allure. Pots, pans, silverware and seasonings are provided for you in the kitchen, no need to bring a thing! A large upper level has a guest bedroom. You'll enjoy the wrap-around porch that takes advantage of the sizable corner lot. The home sits across the road from the Centralia Public Library, steps away from the Centralia Historical Museum and just a few blocks from the historic downtown. Centralia boasts multiple restaurants, a grocery store, and hosts several festivals each year. Just a short drive from the university town of Columbia (home of the University of Missouri, Stephens College and Columbia College). Whether you're in town visiting family, attending a graduation or here on business, we're sure that The Rollins House Inn will be your home away from home!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Rollins House Inn. It was a beautiful older home, located close to town. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were there for my Dad's 90th birthday, so this house was perfect for our family to stay at. Betty was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

Always a great stay

This is our 3rd stay here. Lovely home and location. Super clean and plenty of essentials. Easy check in. Anything you might need you can grab from Prengers a 2 minute walk. Visit the Chance Garden right across the street.

Short family visit

The house is as advertised and has been decorated very nice. We were only there a short time however it had everything we needed for a couple of days. The porch was wonderful for drinking morning coffee. We hope to stay again for a sister’s weekend.

This is a super nice house in a very nice neighborhood. It was very comforting had all the amenities that you could possibly need plus a complimentary bottle of wine. When i come back to this area i will for sure stay again. Highly recommend

Perfect getaway in cute town

The house was incredible. Just out of a Home and garden book. It was clean, had the cutest decor and many other amenities we enjoyed. After booking and arriving we noticed the listed had a couple things that were not actually available. We spoke with Betty and let her know and she got right on getting it fixed. You are within minutes of walking the cute downtown area where there are tons of local stores for shopping. Neighbors were so friendly- as is everyone you pass by. You are a short drive from Columbia but just far enough away. The Host, Betty could not have been a better host. She was quick with responses/ out needs. So polite and incredibly welcoming. I would recommend this home to any and everyone looking for a week long vacation spot or a quick weekend get away.

You should stay here!

This was a very relaxing home for visiting family to stay. Location is close to everything you might need on a visit. Betty is a very experienced host who is communicative and quick to respond. Check in/out was easy. So nice to have a local place to stay instead of commuting back and forth from out of town.
