"Our bed didn't seem as though it was changed? The sheets were all rumpled and there was a long dark hair in the bed when I pulled the cover back - there was also a mark on the outer cover as though something had been spilled. Bathroom was clean, shower a bit temperamental and air con noisy. Good breakfast and convenient location but disappointed in the stay."

"We were picked up from the airport and we had a very friendly woman pick us up! I believe she said she was a manager and she was very nice and extremely helpful! The check in was quick and we were greeted by Stephanie who was very friendly! Overall we had a great stay and the hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. You don't find that much anymore and I will recommend everyone to stay at here!!!!!!"

"This was an older property that was quite large and spread over several buildings. It was long walks to the front from our room to any amenities. We were told at check-in that breakfast was complimentary but this proved to be not true unless you were coming to a convention. Food was mediocre, room was clean when we arrived, bed OK but when I asked for an extra blanket I received a thin cotton bed spread, twin size for my king bed. Never once after that did we see housekeeping. Overall clean, ok...

"We stayed here two years ago and loved it. The pool is so fun for my Grandkids. It has a large shallow area that is perfect with a couple of slides. I think two years ago was the last time it was cleaned. The amount of pool scum on the sides, the slides in the hot tub and in the bottom of the pool is very concerning. Not once did I see them clean.
About the cleanliness, they no longer will clean your room for your stay. Only every other day. Since when! I stay in a hotel to get my bed made,...

"The staff was very nice! However the room was kind of dirty. One of the beds had weird gunk splattered on it and one had a cigarette burn in the covers. The towels and Bathroom were clean though!
One other thing to note is that I paid extra for the book now pay in person option and the hotel still charged my card the same day. The next day they charged me a 100 dollar deposit. The deposit is refundable and understandable but I was not warned of it prior to booking my room. It was a very hidden...
